Namaste 🙏 great video. Sadhguru has helped me better myself in this past couple months. Little by little I’m awaking from the past and started to live the present. I’m 27 now. Have had couple downs where “ screw this, fuck that” but never lose the faith that one day Earth was going to speak to me and I’ll I had to do was listen. Listen closely & focus.
