Make sure you leave it on the ON position to charge. Apparently, there are a lot of people not doing that and are puzzled when it doesn't charge.

I appreciate this 5 minutes out of your life. I was ready to return it😂😂😂 Didn’t bother to look under the tape in the back for the switch and saw there was no charging indicator light in the off position. You confirmed to keep it on while charging. They should pay you. Thanks!😃
