MONEY LENDING APPS : Borrowers complain of exploitation and harassment

With the internet easily accessible on smartphones, innovators have used the opportunity to create applications. Many have invented digital lending apps, giving to clients and not taking any security on the money. There are however claims of exploitation and harassment against the lenders in the process of clearing the loans. I have one too I was told 235000 to pay in four installments as in four months but my dear they kept on putting 107313 in a week for four weeks but I only paid 3 I have refused to pay the 4th coz I will be paying back 428, 000 from 235, 000 a difference of 193, 000 in 28 days they said they will take me to court so am waiting for them coz even interest was not showed as you apply they put amount owed 262, 000 due 21nov so I asked them why they don't show clients interests before they submit
