It take around 2hrs to download the shader preset but you still can play. So the first 2 hours will feel terrible

i have 80-100 fps but the servers are...bad

my pc with a 10900k and rtx 3080 i get playable performance everywhere, yeah my scoped fps dips to 40 or lower but the input latency is "fine"

i use XESS ultra quality, shadows ultra, textures medium, foliage medium, everything else low
game is responsive, super clear, and settings i have turned up dont effect MY performance at all while making shadows consistent everywhere

even if you have the same specs as me, or whoever you are watching a settings guide on, you are going to have different performance
try all of the upscaler options, people with my similar specs run FSR + frame gen to get much higher fps but when i do it the input latency makes the game unplayable, when i run DLSS my game is blurry af while the performance gain isnt that high

i'm running a 13900k with a 4090, and a steady 200fps. CPU temps at 80c when in a chopper, when not in a chopper, temps for cpu ranges between 60-70c. DLSS enabled. Keep an eye out for your cpu temps when flying in a chopper, it spikes pretty hard.

I found using fcr instead of dlss also gave me an extra 30 frames at the least and gave me the ability to turn up some graphics and still get 120 fps easily. Just a tip. Not sure if it works for everyone but it’s made a massive difference for me and who I’ve suggested it to. Idk enough about pc to say it’s a fix for everyone’s setup. But I was able to run fcr on all max graphics and still got 90fps which is not bad at all.

The LAG is serverside and has NOTHING TO DO WITH FPS. just move servers

Rubber banding is server related. Nothing to do with our settings. Same settings gives smooth game one time - and rubber banding 10 minutes later.

bullshit to set all your settings on LOW for high FPS! Never set it on DSLL but FSR, all medium and i telling you, you have WAY more fps then this settings with crap quality!
