Using an Arduino with Python LESSON 14: Model a Moving Marble in a Room Using Parameters

In this video we show how to model a bouncing ball in a 3D room. We use this as an example of parametric design. In this class, we will be using an Elegoo Super Starter Kit, available below (affiliate link):

With this kit, we will will both be working on the same hardware which will make your life and my life easier.

Sir Paul,
I owe you, all I know about programing an arduino. This was back in 2014 or so... 😅
Your teaching skills are the best.

Just passing by to wish you all the best!
Cheers from Portugal

Could I suggest that having the Red Board on screen while you are coding uses up valuable screen space that we could be using to see what you are typing.

Thanks Paul! Cannot claim the Legend status or the cheap lawn chair. I am still here, did not quit the class and cannot wait for the next lesson.
Will attempt the homework based on your hint. Note: I found Uganda coffee at the store and will try it on the next lesson....Hopefully, it comes from
Mt. Elgon....

Hi Paul, a "moving" lesson.

As I already had a ball bouncing around inside a box, I needed to do something more. So, I have 2 boxes, 2 balls, and as the boxes are linked the balls can move from box to box, as often as their random change vectors allow. I still have some thinking to do... but for now, I had to cheat (a little) to get it to work - my bouncing and collision detection code assumes the ball has no radius.
