I just ordered mine. I beat a tire with a sledge yesterday for about 3 hours. $43 with shipping

Nice, quick and easy. However, u should go thru every process. Someone may not know that the tire has to be completely disinflated with Schrader valve removed first.

Word of advice from a professional it makes it a little easier. Put your foot behind the head of the slide hammer and stand on the sidewalk. This does 2 things first adding weight while you are breaking the bead helps it break easier and gives you more control

I wish I would have known about that thing befor I went to the Chinese tool store and bought their version of a tire changer w/ bead breaker. It works, but it really needs to be anchored to the floor and I haven't figured out where I want to have it permanently. So I've just added a length of pipe to the upright part and let the hoist arm down onto it pinning the tool between the hoist and the floor. It takes a few extra minutes to set it up and is a little bit sketchy, but with the hoist putting a lot of pressure on the tire changer and a couple tripods supporting the hoist and vehicle, it's not going anywhere. It just looks bad. I have always used tire irons (some call them spoons) and I never intended to use the Chinese tool store's changer to dismount and mount my tires. One thing though: Lube. I found out by accident if you wet the rim and bead area real well the bead comes off with a lot less force. I found out because a tire I was changing had a screw in it and caused a flat, so my son added some of that flat tire fix in an aerosol can, which did not work at all, but it's a very thin milky looking liquid and it lubed the bead and rim real nice. Since discovering that I have always used some kind of slick'em on the bead & rim instead of working with it dry. Thanks for the video. ben/ michigan

Definitely need to grab one of these they're a bargain at the price. Can save a fortune on tire changes this way.
