And, calling a no-contest because the ref didn't stop the fight is kind of BS too. A non-obvious tap out should be on the ref. There have been plenty of MMA issues where someone lets go too early due to a non-obvious tap, and then the tapper tries to pretend like they didn't

I absolutely agree with you. We don't see enough actual sportsmanship in most sports anymore and this guy is very refreshing to see. He's pulled his punches in a number of fights when it's been obvious that he doesn't need to keep going. I haven't seen sportsmanship like that for decades.
Mad respect for him. In fact even as a 178 cm. 80 kg 65 year old, I'd rather be beaten up by him than almost anyone else I've seen in MMA
