I’m from Africa(Rwanda). Things such as divorce, pre-marital sex, single- motherhoods are seen as the devil and things you never do. Also no trace of feminism, having less kids, atheism, obesity. Yes Africa as a whole has many problems (too many to count) but a population crisis and the falling apart of the nuclear family is not one of them.

the collapsing birth rate in China has the same reason as in the West: no fault divorce. Men are held responsible (mostly financially) in a marriage, while women can skip out on her side of the responsibilities. In my opinion, Grape within a marriage shouldn't even be a thing. Can a man wake up one day and say, "I'm sick of my job/paying the bills/my manager I quit my job"? Most likely not. The kids need feeding and education is expensive. Bills need to get paid. Most women would not put up with this. So why are men expected to put up with "I don't want to have sex"? Makes no sense to me. If anybody is more informed, please do explain to me how this works.

The state retirement age should be about 55-60. Employers don't want to employ older people, especially those who are already unemployed (due to being made redundant), they only want younger people. An earlier retirement age would mean there would be no unemployment among young people, wages would be higher and and because young people are the biggest consumers, they would spend more, creating a demand-led economy and consequently a richer economy.

Employers don't want to do this because while they are fine paying themselves tens of millions in salaries and dividends, they claim that giving employees a pay rise will cause inflation. They also don't want to pay higher wages because they want to keep more of their profits to invest in the money market and big property portfolios.

its impossible to support a family of 4 with single income these days. you need to have the mom working too, but then you have to pay for daycare which is a few thousand dollars a month. this is the main problem with the decreasing birth rate in the west. This is a result of inflation ever since we got off the gold standard in 1971 where the purchasing value of the dollar has dropped 99% thus far. To fix this we must have sound money with no inflation, maybe even deflationary in nature.

Another solution is AI & Robotics used to increase productivity which will replace the heavy labour jobs this will help keep prices anchored.
