China is running out of money! After the Flood, millions of people have no way to rebuild their home

In northern China, governments have released floodwaters to protect large cities in recent days, resulting in widespread flooding and severe damage to the people. For the victims, they survived the flood, but how to survive in the future is a problem because the flood has destroyed everything, and the government offers almost no assistance.
The authorities of Baoding City, a city ravaged by the flood, issued a notice, which read: Families of victims who lost their lives in the flood can be compensated $2,700 per life. Peasants whose fields have lost the harvest can be compensated $1.25/acre.

Hard working people who care about their families. The CCP won’t help people during a crisis and the won’t stand up to real estate builders that stole citizens life savings and never finished the homes. My heart goes out to these people, they deserve a better life for all of their hard work and commitment to their country.

I feel so sorry for these people. They spent there whole life to get what they have and because of the horrible pratices of the CCP these people entire lives are basically ruined. There is no such thing as having insurance on your home or livestock or crops like the USA have. You either have it and if something happens no matter what you get to pay the damage. My guess in about 6 month we will be hear about mass starvation in China unless there government stands up. Meanwhile this flooding is not going to be just a lifetime a event but something China may face to some degree every year. The problem with China is they made everything about looks, instead of quality and fuction. Because of that many of the areas have no real drainage system so flooding is much worse then most places like in the USA where we have well established sewer and drainage systems. Ps those drainage system in the USA are very important it does not take long for flooding to happened when a drain in the street get clogged. When I was in FL we had a hurricane and one of the drain on the street got blocked by debris. It only took about 10 minutes for the rain water to be become standing water and taking over people yards with a foot deep of water. Over a few hours the home would have flooded. As soon as the clogged drain was unclogged the standing water was gone in about 10 minutes.

The sad thing is, why there is no any relief plan in place? When people are making money, every branch of the government wants to be part of it. When things go bad, you are on your own.

Really really sad for these farmers/peasants. It’s heartbreaking. If and when the day the people rise up to revolt I’m afraid there’ll be blood flowing like rivers…the government, elites, and CCP members will get no mercy. It’ll make the French Revolution look like a walk in the park.

It's nice to see the indifference shown by the CCP contrasted by the goodwill and generosity of other 'common' citizens.
That show of goodwill sends a strong message to others to seek change towards a more civil form of governance.

I know this is a horrid thing that has happened but seeing all of these people against all odds help each other and show love has really brought back hope for me in the world. God bless the Chinese people.
