These Countries Hate America. Why Is That?

America: You either love us our hate us. Half the world likes America. And half the world doesn’t. That’s pretty fair I guess. Over time, the world's opinion on the USA fluctuates, so don’t get all sad about it everyone. Sometimes, we’re liked, and sometimes we’re not. A lot of it depends on the administration in charge, and the current state of global events. And when you see how we act sometimes, it’s not hard to understand why we might not be well received at times.

Going back to the last 20 years, you can see on this chart that Bush wasn’t liked very much, and then Obama was liked a lot by everyone, and now Trump’s in office, and he isn’t liked really at all. In fact, some polling indicates he’s the least popular president in US history, worldwide, as viewed by other nations.

So, a lot of times, a country isn’t liked just based on their leader alone. Kind of like when you hate your football team because your quarterback sucks.

It must be said, though, that of major global powers, the U.S. received the highest median approval rating. So you either love us or you hate us.

Also of note, younger people around the world like the US more than older people do. And globally, men see the US as more favorable than women do. Again, likely, mostly because of President Trump.

No matter what, though, there’s going to be some countries that are just going to not like us at all, despite who’s in charge. Today, we’re going to talk about those countries, and why they hate us. Some of you may say, I agree, I don’t blame other countries for hating us. Others will say, I don’t care who likes us. They just hate us cause they ain’t us.

So pull up a chair and grab your favorite beverage. We’re going to go through this whole book about who hates America and what the heck for.

I've never understood the phrase, "if you don't like it, then leave." I think it's far more patriotic to notice the flaws in your country and want better for it than to ignorantly claim it's the best and disregard major problems that need improvement. You don't move out of your home because of a leaking faucet or a crack in the molding. You fix it!

We love America and respect Americans. And if our (Russian) government has a different opinion, this does not mean that we agree with it. Most Americans are very friendly and positive. America is a wonderful multinational and multicultural country. In my opinion, the USA has one of the best higher education and opportunities for self-realization.
