Welcome back to another longer episode of ‘If you hate these things don’t go to’.
In these series we’re discussing to which countries you shouldn’t go when you hate particular things.
Let’s start with a phobia of Spiders. When you hate spiders don’t go to Australia. Australia is home to over 400 species of different spiders and this is what it could look like in spring.
Talking about animals, I think one of the worst phobia’s is for snakes. Don’t go to, well, snake island. Yes that’s what it’s called. This is snake island and there are 1000 to 5000 snakes here, which looks like this.
If you don’t like dark don’t go to Norway. In the northern most part in the winter within the Arctic Circle, the polar night occurs during the winter season. The polar night is a period when the sun remains below the horizon for 24 hours a day, resulting in continuous darkness.

As for someone who lives in the USA and who doesn't like thunderstorms, I can confirm this can be an issue.

As someone who isn’t from Australia, but has been there for a 3 week holiday, spiders aren’t that big of a deal if you live in cities. You might still see some spiders, but you won’t see MILLIONS of spiders in 1 small area. If you are planning a trip to Australia during summer (Around Christmas time), don’t stress and worry about spiders. Just enjoy your stay! But still keep an eye out when going out into the desert or fields for spiders!

If you hate Serpentes (Snakes), go to Ireland or other (cold) countries with unsuitable and inappropriate climate for snakes including Antarctica (a continent), Greenland, New Zealand, Ireland, and Iceland.

As a Canadian, It's only at Nunavut or the North West Territories where it's very cold so don't go there instead go to any Province or mostly BC where it rains alot and is sunny alot so if you want fun go there. So in Conclusion The Territories are the mostly cold areas than the provinces. And Russia is basically the colder area

I have experienced 23 hour of darkness in most north of Norway and it's so black you are forced to use some light everywhere you go.
In south in Norway you can see in the dark without flashlight. I also were up north when sun were up 24 hours a day.
Norway is so long that there is huge climate differences too depending where you are, even from west to east.
