The engine sounds awful due to the LPG/CNG system. Also, naturally aspirated engines will lose power if driven by gas, because the volume of the injected gas will substitute a volume of air which you can suck into the combustion chambers.

It's also a shame that you didn't provide an acceleration in the video.
