November is National Hospice and Palliative Care Month. Swedish’s Michelle Moon, D.O., leads our hospice and palliative care program at Swedish Issaquah. Dr. Moon and her team are helping patients with serious illness improve their quality of life. She also shared her own very personal story of losing her daughter and how that has guided her journey to the field of palliative care.
