The best thing about this is the fact that the mascot in this one actually does look like a genuine mascot a company would use rather than something made to be scary and forced to look like a mascot. The design is peak and I am excited to see more from this.

I know the whole idea of "Mascot horror" is kind of overdone, but if handled correctly, you could make a great game out of it! This is an example.

Lets see how it is done. It looks interesting and I like it with a child protagonist.
Gives the game, in my eyes, more creepy feeling.
A child that is chased is something different as a adult.

I like how Barney looks uncanny but still realistic to his current design. It’s a unique take I haven’t seen on indie horror games associated with childhood media. I like it! THIS LOOKS COOL BTW WHY HAVENT I HEARD OF THIS!?✨🔥

This one looks really good and that it has great atmosphere! The shots in this trailer also looked actually creepy because the rest of it was very immersive, not trying to be too realistic yet being believable enough. The voice acting on the kid character also sounded great and seems refreshing! It looks like a lot of care went into this and I hope it gets the attention it deserves.

You know what? While part of me does think that this is just another mascot horror with little soul, I did check out the page and the fact that it takes place on the set of a children's gameshow does have me a bit interested. Like, having your mascot horror setting be a gameshow not only is a pretty unique concept, it actually provides an actual reason for there being a bunch of puzzles everywhere that you need to do to progress, unlike most mascot horror games that just expect you to accept that the that you're exploring just has puzzles that the actual employees of said location would have had to do near-daily just to do their job.

I understand this trope has been outdone but the aesthetic and aryle of horror takkng place in a childlike environment is just interesting no matter what

While I will admit, the concept isn’t very original, I can definitely say I am excited for this game and how the liminal space & creepypasta elements will play out!
