Why do people assume that gods holly days are only for Jews??

The Word of God, in the Torah, says clearly that this is HIS feast. It is not a "jewish" feast but HIS Feast for ALL of God's people. So forget that this is a "jewish" thing. This is for ALL Believers of God The Most High AND Yahusha the Messiah (who the "jews" hate, which is why they won't even serve lamb which the Word of God commands us to do).

"Speak unto the children of Israel, and say unto them, Concerning the feasts of the LORD, which ye shall proclaim to be holy convocations, even these are MY feasts".

It’s not a Jewish holiday. It is YHWHs Holy Day for all who are truly His set apart people through MESSIAH who become Hebrew Israel.
Hebrew means to be crossed over from death unto life.

The seder meal is a man-made tradition that you won't find anywhere in the Word.
These traditions come straight out of the Talmud, which is a collection of occultic writings from Babylonian jews (the "aravrav" (mixed multitude), those who infiltrated Judaism to corrupt it).

How many will follow God's way of observing Passover, rather than the talmudic judaic tradition?

The Word of God says to serve 3 things at Passover:
Lamb, unleavened bread and bitter herbs. Nothing more, nothing less.

"And they shall eat the lamb in that night, roast with fire, and unleavened bread; and with bitter herbs they shall eat it.
Exodus 12:8

"Ye shall not add unto the Word which I command you, neither shall ye diminish ought from it, that ye may keep the commandments of the LORD your God which I command you".
Deuteronomy 4:2

The seder meal doesn't even include lamb! Why? Because the "jews" do not honor Jesus Christ the Messiah. The Messianic "jews", ("christians" who think it's good to be like the "jews", put a bone on the plate. A bone! They don't want to offend the "jews"). Who are they offending though by putting a bone on the plate rather than following God's Word of eating lamb? They are offending Jesus the Messiah most certainly.

Don't make the mistake of leaving one set of pagan traditions, for a worse set of pagan traditions.
