"Dance Moms" follows Abby Lee Miller and the nation's favorite tween dancers as they take on Hollywood while new auditions, new competitions, and new studios raise the stakes.

The road has not been easy for “Dance Mom’s” star Abby Lee Miller. After completing her prison sentence last year, the famed dance instructor was diagnosed with non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma. But if anything, Abby has proven she is a fighter and is not ready to hang up the dance shoes. The new season of Dance Moms follows Abby as she rebuilds her dance company while battling the after-effects of cancer that has left her confined to a wheelchair. Abby is ready to get back to her life and do what she loves most…teaching students to dance! With the goal of putting her life, health and dance studio back together, Abby returns to where it all began – the Abby Lee Dance Company in Pittsburgh.

Abby's and Chloe's conversation is one of the most wholesome moments of the show, It's just good to see Abby's rare kind moments in the earlier seasons before she turned to be a complete monster.

I appreciate how Abby actually cared for Chloe, and gave her good advice rather than yelling at her.

As beautiful as Chloé and Maddie were when they danced individually, they shined the brightest together. They had their own unique strengths and pushed each other to improve, while complementing each other.
I loved it when Maddie and Chloé danced together in Black Swan. Both were so invested in it and Chloé really wanted to prove herself after sadly having an off day in Another Season - they just nailed it. Just 8 and 9/10 and they mastered both the artistic and technical elements of the choreography!

That moment where Abby gave Chloe a pep talk and said all these friendly things to her without blowing up at her or yelling once had to be the best moment of the whole show. Even Chloe herself said in one of her interviews with her mom in Season 7 that she will always be forever thankful for that moment. That Abby gave her one slither of something positive, a beautiful memory to look back on in their relationship 🥺❤️

“Maddie, you can go and win honey.” Gosh, I just hate when the moms bring the kids in and make passive aggressive comments. I get that Kelly was upset, but why make a comment at a literal 8 year old who couldn’t do anything about it? Maddie already felt bad enough and then Kelly made a direct comment to her like it was her fault.

i don't think Kelly was wrong except for the fact she said it in front or the other dance teacher but everything she said was true. Maddie doesn't need 2 dance teachers to teach 1 dance but she got that but then Kelly's daughters got one that didn't know anything about them. Gianna has made group dances and solos that have gotten 1st place and showed that she can make a dance on her own without Abby. also mainly everything that Kelly has said and done was because she was speaking up for her kids because a lady that didn't like her 30 years prior treats them like garbage.

i think it’s so wild to see this and than to go back an watch season 4 nationals how much abby’s feelings towards chloe changed.

It’s not that I didn’t agree with the points kelly and Christi made throughout this show, its was how they dealt with them that I didn’t always like, the comments towards Maddie are clearly going to make her feel uncomfortable, it’s crossing a line. It wasn’t maddies fault she was the favourite, it’s like they forgot she was just a child in a awkward situation.

abby’s right, maddie could work even with a choreographer under the same circumstances. she wants it bad and will work for it no matter what & that’s why she became the star she is
