clearly i forgot how to install a toner cartridge, herp derp, but this printer works famously well! i'm sure it'll make an excellent network printer once i buy the output tray for it.

I had another machine. It could print, fax and scan. But the papers got stucked all the time, so I was so upset about it.
Then I changed it to this machine MFP instead. I know it can fax and print, but
Can it scan?? Do you know??

i've had very bad luck with printers with built-in wifi. printers like this one that you can just plug via ethernet straight into a router seem to be a lot more reliable. on some printers the wifi features just simply doesn't work or intermittently works. this printer would probably work well for you if you wanna do that.

i just saw the same printer today at goodwill for 10 bucks and there was a sealed cartridge of hp 85a toner  for 5 bucks  man i should of bought that

Need help managed to install the drivers from the HP website for my 1217 model but everytime I turn it off or the laptop off and then turn on another time it stops working. Never had this problem with any other printer before. Take out the usb and have to reinstall the printer all over again really strange. Need help.
