Chocolate Chip Cookie Lava Cakes - Hot Chocolate Hits

These molten chocolate chip cookie lava cakes consist of a soft, chocolate studded cookie filled with a gooey chocolate surprise.

Recipe--
Ganache:
- 100 g (just under 4 oz) bittersweet chocolate, chopped
- 1/3 cup heavy cream....
