Executive Clemency, Commutations, and Pardons (2020)

The US Constitution empowers the president to grant executive clemency to anyone in federal prison. Traditionally, those clemency grants happen at the end of a president's term. We're in these final weeks of President Trump's term, and there is a good chance that he will grant more petitions for clemency soon.
