What happens if you don't log in to Nikke for over a month? do all the nikkes love you and what is the reward for returning?

I love and hate when games do this. It makes me feel bad for taking a break when I just dont have the storage to have nikke, fate, pgr, and azur lane all at once on my phone, but also (sadly) makes me feel appreciated.

A few games do this. Honkai Impact, Alchemy Star and Punishing Gray Raven, for example, they have a nice cinematic with every character missing you and giving you a heartful welcome. I remember they even prank you or some characters were almost crying. FGO and BA doesn't have anything, sadly. Genshin and HSR as well, only a letter with some rewards.
