How is the accuracy of Humidity and Temp when compared to other gauges ? This is what is most important for me . If the humidity readings are off by 10 or more precent sometimes this is not good . Any feedback ?

I'm not understanding where the sensors are? The application I have in mind is a Intelligent egg incubator that says it has WIFI, but I have no clue how to make a temp stick communicate with it? and also I'm guessing I would need a Wireless access point to get the temp on the internet?
There's major gaps in the instructions here.

Does it alert on battery low? Battery State of Charge? and does the web site have a Web API to download the data, or only a UI menu option?
