Ok yes this is upsetting to watch, even ruffles my feathers to see this work of art get destroyed. But it is sand art, unfortunately it’s the art form that takes forever to master and create but will be destroyed in either a few minutes or a few hours. I personally love making sand art, but I always go in knowing the “circle of life” whatever I create, will return back into the sea within the time span of 1 minute or 12 hours. I’ve seen my stuff get wrecked by teenagers, weather, dogs, and kids. Admittedly I do like it best when it’s little kids like this, cause they’re enjoying my art in their own way, by getting that sensory stimulation by squishing and playing with it. And it’s so cute to see their smile after their done playing with it :)
I will say when it’s someone else’s sand art there is that twinge of, “No wait stop!” So I get the frustration there 😅
But I do like telling people, that is also part of the art. You’re just seeing the final phase of it, it’s circle of life :)

For those who don’t know, this is the story. It all started as a normal day for this man. Making Sandcastles and sculptures when he was finished he went to go get a drink and left the castle there. He came back to a child smashing his Sandcastle. This is when things got bad. The man approached the child and started smashing the child’s face in with his fists. It was a terrible day for both the man and child. May the child Rest In Peace.
