Methi Matar Malai is my most favorite Curry from restaurant , I like that sweet , creamy flavor of it. Methi Matar Malai is so easy to prepare and gives you exact restaurant style taste.
Serve this Methi Matar Malai with jeera rice or roti or naan

Fresh Chopped Fenugreek leaves : 1 cup
* Ground paste :
Onion : 1
Cashew : 10-15
ginger : 1 inch
Garlic : 4-5
Green chili
Cumin seed : 1 tsp
Oil : 1 tbsp
Ghee : 1 tbsp
Boiled fresh Green pease : 3/4 cup
Garam Masala powder : 1 tsp
Salt
Cream : 2 tbsp
Dry fenugreek leaves : 1 tbsp
Water

Step :
1. Prepare paste using above ingredients and keep it aside
2. Add oil and ghee in a pan , when it is hot add masala paste and sauté till it starts to release oil
3. Then add chopped fresh fenugreek leaves and mix it well , let it cook for 2 min. Add garam masala powder and mix it well
4. Then add green pease and mix it well let this cook for another2 min.
5. Then add salt and water , mix it well cover the lid and let it cook on low flame for 3 min.
6. Curry is almost ready , add fenugreek leaves and sugar mix it well then add fresh cream and mix it well
7. Gravy is ready to serve
