Ok, I am a grandma who’s practically in tears after spending my entire day searching for a ps5 for my grandsons. I’m staying home for covid safety. I even got to put my credit card in multiple times for the Walmart screen to disappear after it said order placed! It’s 9:57pm Thursday night in Florida. Please help by telling me what to do now. Amazon didn’t seem to have a sign up alert. Best Buy glitched after I put in credit card too. Thanks for having great videos, and for obviously putting your heart into helping people. I purchased a ps5 bundle this a.m. from, Kholes. I could not believe it! Due, to all the misses I've had. So, I Called and spoke w/ customer service to be reassured my my order went through and was complete. The costumer service rep. Gave me a order # and delivery date. About a half hour later got E-mail comformation, that stated my order did in fact, go through. About 5 hours later, I received another E-mail stating, my order was canceled!!!!
