How do you MOVE the brackets if you don't like where they are? I am struggling with repositioning the shelves because I can't get the brackets out.

I am trying to undo the bracket, i tried pushing up from under the bracket - but was not able to remove it. is there something else I can do?

I just installed this 180/80 single track system, but how can I add more stability to the shelves since they are just resting on top of the brackets?

My selves are not perfectly flat against both of the two brackets; what can I do to make them flat?
