Mall of America (MoA) is a large shopping mall located in Bloomington, Minnesota. Located within the Minneapolis–Saint Paul metropolitan area, the mall lies southeast of the junction of Interstate 494 and Minnesota State Highway 77, north of the Minnesota River, and across the Interstate from the Minneapolis–Saint Paul International Airport. It opened in 1992, and is the largest mall in the United States, the largest in the Western Hemisphere, and the eleventh largest shopping mall in the world.

Love this Mall - it is where I got married in 2007. They used to have a dinner theater in the park area - now it is the Fly Over America ride. So many happy memories there.

I miss Sears and Montgomery Wards. Those are the anchor stores of my childhood.

I loved this mall and I still do I haven't been there since 2006 or 2007. but in the early to mid 90's around 92 or so I used to visit the mall just about every week or so I would go to the movie theater there a lot and that was a great theater too. I went there when they had camp snoopy there and it was awesome and then in the 2006 or 2007 time frame it became nickelodeon universe and it wasn't the same at all the vibes that I had with camp snoopy were awesome and the vibes with universe was completely different and to those were there before nickelodeon universe knows what I'm talking about. I when I was going there in the early to mid 90's I've had a lot of great memories going there I climbed the rock wall they had there promoting the movie cliffhanger for the first time ever and it was a blast. Also they had a great laser tag game there I think I the 3rd Floor and it had star trek vibes to it since they had the star trek transporters there.

i go here all the time and i can tell you this after about 6pm the security really starts to look more like para military they walk around with assault rifles and they bring out the k-9 units but also the people that start showing up there around that time are also pretty rough looking
