It's a frame.
Those were the last words spoken by September 11 victim CeeCee Lyles. She was a flight attendant on UA flight 93 and she supposedly made a phone call as the plane was being hijacked at high altitude. She called and left her husband a voicemail in a very calm voice with very little urgency or shakiness. At the very end of the phone call, you can hear Lyles fiddling with the phone as she whispers her last ever words.
