In fact, the price of this product is not high in Iran! And we usually make very delicious dishes with it! Because Iran is the largest producer of saffron and 90% of the saffron you consume is from our country! And the price of each gram of it in Iran is almost 0.2 dollars! And this is if outside of Iran I think it will be 1 dollar!

In Sweden, we sell Saffran (saffron) for 0, 5-2 dollars. And we use it to make lussekatter or as another Swedish person would say, lussebullar.

In Sweden saffron is very popular and selles a lot in Christmas time, you can make saffron soup which I think no one likes and “Lussebulle”, like a cinnamon but saffron instead of cinnamon
