hey travis and suzi, once again i'm back, and have another song, with a story. in december of 1977, when i was 10, i was hit by a car and spent a month in the hospital. across the street was a refrigerator box i was going to make a fort out of in our back yard. We lived in the city and a car came flying around the corner and took me out. my left ankle was what got it, and bad. the 1st doctor was going to amputate my leg from the knee down, the 2nd dr. said he could fix it, and did, that was dr. nicholas, thank god for him. at that time, and in the spring of 1978, player's baby come back was played constantly, so it is tied into that memory. this song i am sure you've heard, but i can't find a reaction for it from yau'll. now many men, self included, have found themselves living out this song, but i love it anyways. as before, there is another song and story that ties in from this incident. for now though enjoy, and i'll be back with another song soon. tim.

This is no doubt their Top Hit song that had massive airplay on the radio everywhere. Notably for good reason. Very catchy indeed. They did another song called Melanie from this same studio video recording that is definitely worth watching. Lead singer Peter Beckett must have had the ladies chasing him saying Baby Come Back! Yes the harmonies are perfect and spot on. Great tune and reaction along with the request. I never get tired of hearing this song.
