My iPhone 6s is getting connected to my home WiFi to link router but internet is not connecting. At the same time, my other android mobile smart tv is getting connected to internet but not iPhone 6s. I have done forget network, force stop, network reset but still it is not working. My iPhone gets connected to mobile hotspot n other service provider’s network but not to my to link router. I have recently upgraded my router to tp link A-6 but still problem persists. I haven’t done with factory reset yet. Will you please guide me?

I tried all these but didn't work. I connected my phone to itunes on my computer and did a firmware restore. That fixed my wifi connected but no internet problem. Maybe you can do a video for it.

What is happening to me is that when i go into google or safari it say’s no internet but when i go into youtube, i can watch videos. When i go into settings, i am connected to internet and wifi. Also, my FaceTime won’t work. How: i call somebody and they dont get the call, they call me and i dont. PLEASE

In my iPad, Messenger, Instagram is working but messenger is not showing anyone active. YouTube, Google Classroom, Zoom and online games are not working and it is connected to the WiFi and all Android phones are working properly.

just ON / OFF your wifi connection sometimes it takes longer. sometimes 3 tries connected..

it happens to me when i connect to a bridge router but i can connect easily thru main router

If you have a VPN, get rid of it on your phone! Took seconds for me, problem solved...
