As someone who’s had diagnosed ADHD since I was 4, a lot of these are really relate able. Especially the first one. One time I was with my therapist and she asked if I was nervous or cold since my leg was bouncing but that’s just really something I do to calm myself down to stay on task

I have adhd and I can confirm, when we focus on something, we don't just focus, we hyperfocus, we are unstoppable and if someone tries to tell us to stop then we ignore them for the foreseeable future
