911 operator faces charges after admitting to hanging up on callers

A former Houston Emergency Center 911 operator has allegedly confessed to hanging up on callers seeking emergency help because “she did not want to talk to anyone at that time,” according to Houston Police Department investigators.

911 Operators are terrible my Nieces were almost kidnapped by Human Traffickers a week ago and an 911 Operator said only call when it’s an emergency.
How dare they say that to a partly Blind Mother with three Daughters whose lives were in danger.

Why do these people think they've got what it takes to be a 911 operator? They couldn't find a way to get paid that doesn't require them dealing with high-stress situations?

Im so happy i didnt ever need to call for an emergiency.

I did add a command to my phone to ping my location to different persons and start recording just in case.
