I have the same Issue, once i am downing a hill, it appears. If you have a solution, please share. I complained to my shop and they do the same with shimano.

Having the same problem. Zero issues on 11 speed di2.

the problem is in the very long pulley cage, try change with after market pulley system, maybe novaride or CS, or others that use multiple hole for spring RD tension, and choose the extra hard tension for spring when you installing.

Friends, I have the same problem on my 105 di2. It's irritating. Did you manage to fix yours?

Psst… my theory is that the 12 speed cassettes now have more inertia because they have more metal, so trying to change the cassette direction is physically tougher. This in combination with the longer rear cage not having stronger spring causes chain drops.
