I go to the one in Knaresborough where the old Lidl use to be ours is all on one floor and it’s never busy. I don’t like busy gyms so I actually think it’s a good gym to go to.

Does It have assisted smiths machine? If so how many and also the assisted bench machine too which is the same thing, I been thinking of switching from jd Winterhill even tho I love it, the gym looks big but it’s quite small so I might go puregym
