clear & concise, nice nice. Just want to confirm the example: it's the start of 2016 and NF has 45 million customers.... if by the end of the year NF lost 500, 000 customers, then the churn is .5 mill / 45 mill REGARDLESS of how many customers were acquired (even if NF acquired, say, 4 billion new customers)?
