I am a Malayali and I am proud of it. Don't say that all men are wrong by thinking that women have problems not only in cinema but in all workplaces. Secondly, the best actors in Malayalam cinema are not in such problems. Many of the film's ancillary works may have coerced many women into physical contact in the film by promising them opportunities. It's not Malayalam cinema, it's a reality that things like this are happening in every cinema in the world. We should not turn a blind eye to the reality. Of course, the wrongdoers should be given proper punishments and the industry should be promoted well because cinema is a profession where many people work and live.

First of all the chief minister pinaraayi should resign. He hide the report and didnt do anything about the report until the high court requested to bring it on light. There should be protest for his resignation!!!

It makes no sense. 20 and 40 years ago, women were not a major workforce outside the home. Besides, women kept such experiences under cover. Today women are more in numbers in all workplaces compared to those times, so number of incidents are more, and at least some speak out, and media is there to probe. So things get exposed.
