Both Jiyan & Jinshi have simple mechanics, high burst damage, also quick to do combo make them best dps (for now). Trust me

on individual dps if we going jiyan prob no 1 u didnt charge ur forte to trigger his ult dmg which is why it was underwhelming w encore in 2nd going w sig of yinlin
if we talking about team rotations on the other hand encore takes it especially if she has changli and you know what ur doing w those cancels
and for high burst dps damage jinshi
and enjoyability is changli
and for underwhelming calcharo he just got nerfed to the point that even 4 stars like yuanwu are better then him or even rover at s2 or 3

your jiyan is so bad your damage is low for a lvl 80 plus you use the liberation without FORTE

Real tier here: Jinhsi > Jiyan >= Changli > Encore > Calcharo

Calcharo may hit a little more than Encore but we all know that Encore is more profitable because Calcharo's rotation ends up being 20 seconds on the field or even more if you take a little time

Idk about others but i gotta list changli as the top dog when it comes to clearing mobs her ult aoe and heavy atk have so much more range than jinshi ult and dragon blast which makes clearing mobs faster and jinshi kind of rely on the stacks to do big dmg

As a calcharo main I don't even use his ult, and i easily defeated bosses with him(not hologram bosses)
