Quick & Easy Spiced Peach Preserves

This easy canned peach preserve recipe can easily be adapted to your taste. Feel free to leave the spices out! It's still great without them! I hope you enjoy!

12 cups diced peaches
5.5 cups sugar
8 Tbsp. lemon juice
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. cloves
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
2 tsp. vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS

Cook all ingredients at a very mild boil for 30-minutes.

*At this point you can add optional spices. Cook for 5 minutes more.

Skim foam off surface. (you may not have foam, I did not)

Ladle into sterilized jars.

Process in boiling water bath for 10-mins.
