Love the look on her face when Emma hears Regina's voice behind her at 1:31, sheer anger and raw hate.  Up until this point, Emma didn't hate Regina, it was one-sided.  Now the hatred's coming back at her.  If Emma could revive Henry by beating Regina to death, Regina would be headed for the mortuary right now!

In some ways, this was when Regina 'hit bottom'.  All her plots and schemes and spells and murders and revenge reached their culmination in the one person she loves above all others lying in a coma...at her hand, and with no power left and no way to fix it.  All her power and her knowledge and her ego...all led her here.  Her improvement later was the long climb back from here.
