If you are reading this and you're not doing very well, remember as impossible as it may seem..things can and will get better with time, maybe in ways you won't even realise yet. I know that it may feel difficult to believe a random youtube comment on a video from a total stranger, so i'll share a small part of my story.

I had an awful period where I lost my older sister, and girlfriend of two years in the same week, all in my final months of university. Things really were difficult for me and I felt truly lost at times. Drinking, anxiety issues, weight gain the whole thing, but I kept on going and so can you. Just keep going, all you have to do is wait, survive, and one day eventually things will start to change.

Since then I've started working out 5 days a week, weight loss, therapy, sober 5 months and working my first proper job. I never believed this would happen but life always finds its way to come running back to you.

Remember to be proud of how far you have come. You deserve it! I hope this music helps you rest :)
