Imagine when you hear Xororo full vocal potential that he unleashed in "Galopeira" 😅

Zé Ramalho is the brazilian version of Jhonny Cash.

07:25 haha funny he says "and how many secrets does the heart of a woman carry?". And she goes with the hand in her heart hahaha. :-)

One thing I love about Zé Ramalho is his tendency to shift to a more spoken tone and back to singing, he is a story teller first and a sing second IMHO

Xororo takes *very* good care of his voice. He doesn't drink and is very disciplined about it. And yes, they are ALWAYS in perfect harmony. 😀They really aim at being impecable with their music. They are a national treasure, for sure. 🥰

All new to me Beth, tanks for the introduction. Variety, as they say, is the spice of life.

1:16 we have nasal sounds and non nasal sounds. If we avoid the nasal sounds, we change the word's meanings. in some cases the word turns to weird and funny meanings. Like "pão" (bread), without nasal sound, becomes "wood stick", "anão" (dwarf) without nasal sound also sounds funny. ◙ There's a "sertanejo" song named "tocando em frente" in which the author plays with these differences. He mentions words like "massas and maçãs", "manhas and manhãs". All these words really exist, and the only difference when you pronounce them is the nasal sound.

Hi Beth! I'm from Brazil and I love Heavy Metal, I discovered your channel through André Matos and Angra's videos, and now I'm here selling these icons of Brazilian music. Zé Ramalho is a legend here and you need to see a feat he did with Sepultura, it's simply incredible!

Ever since I found my love in Brazil I quickly came to love the whole country of Brazil. Thank you for bringing Sertao out of South America to share it with the world. The place where men commonly speak softly and where the most valuable things are people rather than money. If you spend much time in Brasil you will fall in love.

This reminds me of those Willie Nelson and Johnny Cash collabs they used to do in the 90s. These voices match so perfectly.

Keep in mind that they were quite old in that recording, and they still had powerfull voices. Thank you for covering that song!

Sandy & Junior, both children of Xororó, started singing together when they were 6 and 7 years old. They sang together for 17 years until 2007. The 90s pop scene in Brazil was them. They recently went on tour to celebrate their 30 years of career and sold out within 50 minutes of tickets going on sale.

Make a reaction of Xororó and Sandy singing the song Meu Disfarce together

Beth, thank you very much for your kindness in always reacting to Brazilian singers, I suggest reacting to the most recent version of Gabriel Henrique and the choir singing "I Want to Know What Love Is" or singing "Stand Up" also with the choir, extreme high notes 🤯🤯🤯

I suggest reacting to Angra - Black Widow's Web ft Sandy (Xororó's daughter) and Alicia White-Gluz (Arch Enemy vocalist)
