I've never seen anyone fall in love, get married and then pregnant just by watching a musical performance before so thanks for that.

Watching her swoon while listening to this has got me questioning all of my life choices that led me to not being Chris Stapleton.

That's his wife singing back up with him, which makes it even more special

His wife Morgane Stapleton has an INCREDIBLE voice and is a gifted songwriter in her own right. These two are an absolute powerhouse. Their harmonies in person are insane!! I saw them at a tiny venue on Robertson Blvd when they were transitioning from songwriting to his solo career and I nearly fainted dead on the couch when they started singing. Of all the live performances I've been to, and I've been to some good ones, theirs was hands down the most memorable and moving. They are sincerely kind and GIFTED humans. We're all so lucky that they take the time out to do these performances for us instead of staying behind the scenes as writers.

So the woman singing with him is his actual wife Morgane. She's an amazing singer as well. She's the one who got him to step out from the songwriter and into a performer.

This song actually helped me overcome my alcoholism. I hadn’t heard it before this version, and it shook me to the core. It helped me realize my wife was better than any alcohol, and she was the cure for all of my pains. I recently lost my wife, but hanging on to the love we had keeps me off of the bottle.

He has been a ghost writer in Nashville for 25 years. Played guitar in a band for 20 years. His wife convinced him in 2013 to sing himself.

His wife is such an amazing singer as well. Their voices compliment each other so well and they are so in sync.

You asked “I wonder who she is”... it’s actually his wife. They tour and record together. It’s freaking awesome

I am a Black woman who has not noticed Country music that much. That has all changed since I've listened to Chris Stapleton. His singing voice and music is fantastic. I am a forever fan.

this lady is an angel. I love just watching her looks when she is concentrating on the song. Her facial expressions are great to watch. She seems to be a piece of beauty in this world. What a great person she seems to be.

I never get tired of watching grown women turn into giddy schoolgirls again when hearing Chris Stapleton sing this song for the first time. That look kills me every time 😂😂😂

The look on literally everyone's face the first time they experience Chris Stapleton... Obligatory jaw drop, followed by slightly confused smile, finishing with absolute auditory ecstasy

Chris Stapleton's voice is like a good tube amp. Smooth and warm until you kick the volume up a notch and you get that bit of break up. What is amazing is how he controls it and moves back and forth.

Bruh...she just said Chris Stapleton and Ronnie James Dio in the same sentence. I think I am in love. ❤️

Can we take a step back and appreciate being able to witness the first time hearing and reaction by someone who’s profession is knowing the voice and singing, of a man and a song I was unaware there was anyone left in the world who hasn’t heard yet?

He has the ability to not over tax his voice, as he has stated in interviews, because he doesn't constantly perform. He allows for an adequate recovery of the taxing that he puts on his voice durning performances. Love the content and insight that you bring to people from a pure vocal standpoint. Also, anything that he perfoms is an absolute enjoyment to the ears and soul.

He has one of the best voices and he makes it seem so effortless. This is one of my favorite songs. Also, his singing the national anthem at the Super Bowl, absolutely blew me away and brought me to tears...brought the players to tears too. Amazing
