Great succinct video. What do you think of the tongue blade/bite test for occult mandibular fracture? Do you find examination with inspection and palpation as above sufficient to rule out all nondisplaced fractures or do you ever use the tongue blade test?

Broke my Mandible 11 years ago, and it SUCKED bad!! Never again will I ever allow my jaw to be wired shut, I literally starved for 5 weeks!! Why cause pain? Just do a CT if you have that!
