For me Chapter 3 was peak. Arthur was still fit and in good shape and wasn't diagnosed with tb. Dutch was still sane, most of the gang members were still alive, no one had turned on each other

I think I'd put 5 in number one cause of how it made me "the player" feel. When you become trapped in a small unfamiliar looking area when your used to the open range. Not only does Arthur feel trapped but so do you. Then and only then do you start to realize the gravity of this situation because now you just have to rely on what the game gives you to survive. Definitely made me feel super refreshed with the game after that a moving onto the next chapter.
