no. This was animated by a team. Individual freelance animators are paid a shit ton for being incredibly skilled and can create GOOD animation in a short time. Episodes are often credited to ONE PERSON THAT ACTS AS THE FIGURE HEAD. Not to mention the guy who said this left after episode 2. So no. Not one guy, a team.
