It's interesting how she said that the feeling 'takes your breath away'. I've found written evidence (my mums diary) that even from an age before I have any memory I've been able to 'sense' or 'pull in' spirits but I've never managed to fully tune in. If something or someone is nearby, I feel like it's almost a slight weight on my diaphragm, it doesn't male it hard to breathe but it's almost like a slight pause to breathe back in again, really odd feeling.

It's almost like a gentle but noticeable pull down force between my lungs and the top of stomach

I was about 5 years old when I remember seeing what I can still see even to this day. I could see, hear, sense, smell, feel spirits around me all the time. Including auras. But beyond that. It's also true, fear feeds them. If you don't fear them, it's harder for them to harm you and use your energy. But that don't mean they won't try even towards those who show no fear.

saw my first ghost when I was 5 years old, he was standing beside my bed looking down at me..told my Mom what he looked like.. her face went white..turns out it was her Grandfather who died when she was 7..she handed me four vintage b/w pics and I picked him out...I also saw her great grandmother's ghost, as well as my Grandmother's ghost, my Dad saw her at the same time I did..Don't believe me, don't care I was there you weren't.. I grew up in a haunted house, if denying ghosts and demons exist makes you feel better or superior go for could care less!
