I don't know why they overprice these buildings in Accra. People have become too greedy. These shouldn't be going for more than $30000 but because of greed they overprice them. I wish people not patronize them. If you need accomodation in Accra, connect with a local resident trustworthy enough to take you around to find what a local will pay. Don't be fooled by these builders

Real estate showings should focus on showing the property and not the presenter. A lot weren’t showed to us while the cameraman maintained a steady focus on the presenter.

The cameraman deserves blame but the overall blame goes to Mr Biggs for this poor showing. You are responsible for the final product: you did the editing and decided to put this out to the world. You should have caught what we’re all complaining about.
This would have otherwise been a very beautiful real estate showing.

Mr. Biggs we don't see anything in the bathroom or the kitchen. The camera is on you guys talking to us. Why didn't you allow the cameraman show the viewers the stuff in the house? Please change your style of showing apartment building to people. We're not interested in seeing your faces; we want to see the items in the house.

Beautiful houses, but there should be lots of trees planted all over the whole estate, to bring shade and to cool the weather in the area. Nappie, your cameraman should show us the facility and not focus on you talking. Once we hear just your voice and that of the host of the estate, that is enough. The camera should be focused on the facility you are talking about.
