Enjoyed the review. I keep my Maxpedition Mini in my work backpack as an EDC pouch but made some modifications. First, I removed that key lanyard thing...I have a hate/hate relationship with key lanyards and almost always get rid of them, especially in a bag this size. I also shortened the zipper pulls by about half, which I like much more. Last, but not least, I removed that grab handle. This thing is the size of my hand...I definitely don't need a handle on top to pick it up or carry it. If I need to hang it, I have a hero clip inside and can loop it through the zipper pull. Once I made these changes it worked much better as a small edc pouch for me.

Great video! I’m currently building my EDC maxpedition mini for personal use and I work Armed security 10-12hr shifts…will probably need the essentials tools/item should a importance situation occurs. Thank you for sharing some great ideas 💡

Great video. I agree with everything you said at the beginning. It's b.s. when these content creators are showing these ridiculous $500 edc kits that are not practical. That box cutter from Walmart looks really good, I know what I'm buying tomorrow. Look forward to your upcoming content👍

Just picked up a Maxpedition mini. The zipper seems to stick a bit around the side of the pouch (the longest run). In your experience, is this something that will improve with time/use? Or should I replace this one? Thanks
