One thing I forgot to mention that some people are having trouble with is that you have to run epic games as administrator if it gives you an error when trying to run Fortnite. Right click epic games and press run as administrator or search it on the search bar and it should show the option to run as administrator, if not, then after you search up epic games, right click it and then it should say run as administrator.

Read this for zero delay :
In the power option settings create a new plan and put pci express off ( if u put maximum performance in windows settings maybe u’ll be able to see the power plan settings)

In NVIDIA control panel put preferences at performance then advanced then put shader caches at unlimited and put the power option at maximum performance.
Also put the texture filtering quality to high performance

For asus users : do all the things I’ve mentioned before then uninstall armoury crate
In the bios disable armoury crate service
After that install ghelper it will help to cool ur laptop correctly
