T Rex performing Metal Guru live at Epic Studios.

T. Rex were an English rock band, formed in 1967 by singer-songwriter and guitarist Marc Bolan. From 1970 until 1973, T. Rex encountered a popularity in the UK comparable to that of the Beatles, with a run of eleven singles in the UK top ten. One of the most prominent acts in British popular culture, they scored four UK number one hits, "Hot Love", "Get It On", "Telegram Sam" and "Metal Guru". The 1970 release of the single "Ride a White Swan" marked the culmination of this development, and the group soon became a commercial success as part of the emerging glam rock scene.

Epic Studios is an exceptional media and entertainment centre located in the heart of East Anglia, away from the inflated prices and often chaotic, polluted environments surrounding many of the alternatives. Despite its rural location in Norwich, our studios are based just minutes away from an airport and reliable train service, so it is easy to reach us from anywhere in the country. We provide excellent facilities and experienced, friendly staff – trained to help with every aspect of TV production – and currently serve a diverse range of clients from around the UK.

Seen many T Rex tributes, none of them calling themselves T Rex! No Bolan, no T Rex! Shame on these guys for disgracing the name of T Rex like this! Surely this is FRAUD! Get this off YOUTUBE!!! The best tribute band was Too Rex, sadly no longer around as Bobby T the lead singer passed away. Total respect for Marc's music and legacy RIP Bobby xx

OMG take this description off YouTube -- this is Paul Fenton's tribute band and Marc Bolan had nothing to do with it!!!

Shouldn’t be titled T Rex. Please change this. It’s so misleading and unfair for Marcs legacy and in his memory. 😭

Oh FFS! This shouldn't be allowed. The sound is awful, the performance is worse and they have the audacity to call themselves T. Rex?? NO!, NO!, NO!!

Why is Richard Simmons trying to imitate Marc Bolan and stealing his band's name?

This would be funny if it weren’t so horrible.

There's a Japanese T.Rex tribute band posted elsewhere on You Tube who nail T.Rex's songs down with far more conviction than this travesty of a band could. They actually look the part, too..
Our Japanese friends are nearly as good as T.Rextasy, whom I'm fortunate to have seen two years ago, just before Covid-19 kickeed off.

One of the guitarists is Graham Oliver who used to be in Saxon.

Please change your group name. You are not T.Rex… there was only ever one T.Rex. This is just an awful deceit and has potential to confuse those people searching for T.Rex info and finding THIS!!! instead.
